Innovations from our company
With our technical competence and long-standing experience, we are in the perfect position to offer comprehensive consultancy services to customers and to develop new, individual solutions where required.
Infusion mixing unit for medical technology
Together with partners, we have developed an infusion mixing unit. The device is used to mix fluids for the individual nourishment of patients. Here, smallest amounts need to be accurately dosed and stringent medical technology requirements need to be met. In addition to the project management, we were also responsible for the development of new electronic components, including special plug connectors and fill level and flow rate sensors. All components are brought together and assembled at our factory. The mixing unit has been on the market since 2013 and is now available all around the world. It is continuously being refined with new developments.
Circuit board for electrical garden equipment with rechargeable battery packs
With the aid of a newly developed circuit board, we managed to make a cordless garden tool from a well-known manufacturer that was previously not working ready for use. The complete component was developed and built in-house.
e-Bike drive system
Delivery difficulties for individual components endanger the production process and usually cause high costs. In one such case we were able to offer a genuine alternative with a brand new module. The circuit board developed by us not only safeguarded further production, but also optimised the price and availability for our customer.
Camera system for automatic checking of incoming goods
Time savings, improved traceability and a reduction in human sources of error – our self-developed camera system for automatic checking of incoming goods offers many advantages, which our customers have also benefited from. On the basis of a barcode, 2D label and OCR text recognition system, it enables automated detection of all incoming products, as well as allowing the data to be stored and the subsequent process for passing through goods to be sped up and made smoother.
