Component preparation overview
We have been assembling electronic and electromechanical components in-house according to our customers' wishes since 1990. From simple cutting of the connecting wires to special wire bends to blister or radial taping, we have already been able to do a lot.
Because our motto is ...

... and that as "just-in-time", "ship-to-line" or "express service".
We offer our packaging offer to industrial customers in smaller quantities e.g. for prototype production in semi-automatic production and fully automatic for large quantities. This enables us to keep possible investments in customer-specific tools (if not already available) low and make a wide range of changes until series production starts. For our tailor-made components, we optionally design our own product-specific reusable packaging and trays, which are suitable not only for shipping, but also for the safe storage of the components. So that the component with its specific wire configuration arrives in your production as it left our prefabrication.
We are also happy to process components that are foreign to us, which our customers, importers or other distributors are welcome to provide to us. You can find our simple process flow, examples of selected assembled components and further information in the pdf file.
